Photoshop, InDesign and PicMonkey
These software programmes was the most important in constructing my media product as I used all three to edit, create, design and construct my front cover, contents page and double page spread. I had never used Photoshop or InDesign before therefore learning from the very beginning and at first found it very difficult to get used to. However once I had given myself time to play about with the different tools I became more familiar and got to grips with what I was using. I learnt how to import images, re size and position them. Along with organising text into columns and arranging different styles for the font. Photoshop and InDesign helped me by teaching me about layouts and size of the pages so that they were the same as real media products. I had previously used PicMonkey therefore knew the basics of how the programme works however producing my media product has given me more in depth knowledge about the site and I now feel comfortable with all the tools if I ever needed them in the future. 

Blogger
To be able to publish my media product so that it could be seen and marked I used a site called www.Blogger.com. I was able to create an account where I could set up my blog from then on I was able to create posts publishing all the aspects of my coursework such as research, analysing, images, videos, links, construction and evaluation. 

After using all these different software programmes and technologies to construct my media product I now feel that I have gained knowledge and experience by learning to use each one. Furthermore it has strengthened my skills and added to the ones I had already developed in ICT by allowing me to use a diverse range of tools that I did not know about before. I am glad I chose to use these programmes and technologies as I can now use them in future projects and have the ability to use them correctly therefore enabling my to produce the best media products I can.
